The Franchise Development Manager will lead Franchise sales for the brand in various geographical areas throughout the Gulf. The Franchise Development Manager will be critical to the identification of prospective Franchise locations and the growth of the Waffle factory.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify franchise prospects.
Manage and optimize franchise development in the region to maximize franchise sales growth.
Ability to effectively take prospects from application to
franchise agreement execution.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 3 years Franchise hospitality development experience with a proven track record.
Franchise sales experience and/or restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
Goal-oriented and motivated individual with excellent relationship building skills.
Analytical and critical thinking skills including working with and understanding income and expense Performa's and investment models, various measures of revenues, cash flows and profitability, and various measures and evaluation methods of determining market feasibility and market supply and demand characteristics.
Self-starter with ability to effectively operate with little or no supervision and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a team-based system and get along well with others.
Strong verbal and written communication and organization
skills are critical.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Travel of 90% required
